PdfParse support by email
Questions about the API, a parsing result, your plan or how we handle data all go to one address. Write to [email protected] and a person who knows the product reads your message.
Write to us
[email protected][email protected] is the only address for PdfParse. We answer in English, and we answer every message.
Signed-in customers get help from the app.
Enterprise customers also have a dedicated support channel, shown in the app once the plan is active.
What to put in your message
A few details let us find the problem on the first reply instead of the third.
- 01The request id of the call, the "id" value from the API response, such as the job id of a batch or a single parse
- 02The file type and size, for example a scanned PDF of 40 pages or a JPG photo
- 03The options you sent, such as outputs, ocr, pages, schema id or chunking strategy
- 04What you expected and what you received, with the field or table that looks wrong
- 05The SDK and version you use, Python or Node, or the HTTP client if you call the REST API directly
- 06The email address of your account and your plan
Please do not attach documents with personal data unless we ask for them. With the request id we can usually see what we need, and you can delete the job at any time.
What people write to us about

- Designing an extraction schema for a new document type
- Plan limits, upgrades, invoices and cancellation

- Security reports and responsible disclosure
Answers you can find right now
Most integration questions are answered in the document parsing API reference, which lists every request option, response field and webhook event. Plan limits and what counts as a page are explained on PDF extraction API pricing. Retention and data handling are described on the secure document processing page, and common questions are collected in the PDF parser FAQ.
Billing and cancellation
You can upgrade, switch between monthly and yearly billing, download invoices and cancel from billing settings in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access runs to the end of the paid period. Payments are final, with the exceptions listed in our refund policy.
