What one page costs on each plan

Divide the plan price by its page allowance and you get the most you pay for a page when you use the full allowance.

The price per page is the same for a clean digital PDF and a scanned page that needs OCR.

What counts as a page

One page of a PDF counts as one page. One image file (PNG, JPG or a single TIFF frame) counts as one page. Pages count as usage in the billing period in which they are parsed, so deleting a document never returns them. The allowance renews at the start of each billing period.

What happens at the limit

When the allowance runs out, parsing pauses and the app and the API tell you so, with an Upgrade button in the app. Nothing is charged automatically and no overage appears on your invoice.

Upgrades and plan changes

Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing charges the difference right away, and the new limits apply as soon as the payment goes through. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal.

Cancellation and payments

You cancel anytime in billing settings. Renewal stops and access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Payments are final, with the exceptions listed in the refund policy.

Pricing questions

Is there a plan without a subscription?

No. Every plan is a monthly or yearly subscription with a page allowance. You can try page one of any document in the demo before you subscribe.

Do scanned pages cost more?

No. A scanned page that needs OCR costs the same as a digital page. The allowance counts pages, not features.

Can I buy extra pages without upgrading?

No. More pages come with a higher plan, and an upgrade charges only the difference for the current period.

Do unused pages roll over?

No. The allowance renews at the start of every billing period, and unused pages do not carry over.

How does Enterprise billing work?

Enterprise starts with checkout like every other plan. After the first paid month you can switch to invoicing with net terms.

Which currency do you charge in?

All prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added at checkout where the law requires it.
